Our Mission
Cooking In Colco is an effort to shine a light on culinary artistry, dietary nutrition and agriculture in Columbus County, while adding to the area's social landscape with an interactive experience.
We engage local chefs and farmers for unique recipes to be taught in the classes. There is a fee for each class and space is limited. Each night we also host a FREE #Colco Vendor Market with vendor booths along with arts and craft activities.
The cooking classes, crafts and vendors are all centered around a weekly theme. Whether you are looking for a fun date night activity, family night or just a fun evening for yourself or a group, we are sure you'll enjoy Cooking In Colco and the #Colco Vendor Market!
As an extension of the #ColcoNC marketing campaign, we are proud to have the Columbus County Community Farmers' Market serve as our location for the initial 2023 class series.
